Here's a collection of various websites relating to Digital Photography. I've included camera manufacturers, third party lens and flash makers, software companies and more. The Photographers section at the end are some of those people who have influenced my photography over the years.

Canon USA Canon's US site for all their products
Canon EOS home Canon's US site for EOS Film and Digital SLR cameras
Casio Casio features some wonderful digital cameras
Fuji All the Fuji digital cameras and SLR's are here. If you're still hooked on film, Fuji rangefinders have a great reputation for quality
Kodak Kodak cameras, film, software etc.
Nikon USA Nikon's US site for product information on everything they make
Olympus America Olympus's US site for all their products
Pentax Corp. Pentax camera, optics and P&S cameras
Samsung Although a new player in the digital camera world, they do have some unique devices.
Sony Digital Not only does Sony own the old Minolta cameras, but they've always put out a great product on their own

Free (and not so free) Photo Software

Adobe Software Photoshop CSx, Photoshop Elements, Acrobat and all the rest
ArcSoft digital photo manipulation and printing software. Their Panorama software is GREAT!
Picasa Automated Digital Photo Organizer software, instant photo albums, sharing & printing. And it costs nothing! (One of my favorites for easy software)
FastStone Probably my second favorite gratis software tool.
Qimage Pro Multiple Image Printing Software. The best tool for printing. Maximize your usage of each sheet of that expensive inkjet stock.
XnView is a great, free file viewer that reads many RAW file formats

Century Photo 20th Century Plastics & Century Photo Albums & Scrapbooks
Light Impressions great resource for matting, mounting and framing supplies. Also for storage boxes and presentation binders.
Photographer's Edge Great resource for cards and accessories. Turn you photos into beautiful greeting cards.
Slide Scribe Slide labeling software

 

Professional Photographers sites

Birds as Art Arthur Morris (even though he's a Canon shooter) is my favorite bird photographer. Absolutely awesome work.
Jim Brandenburg My favorite book by him is Chased By The Light
Thom Hogan If you own Nikon equipment, buy any of his Nikon Field, Flash or Camera Guides. You won't regret it.
Muench Photography David, Mark and the rest of the family
Frans Lanting A wonderful nature photographer
Moose Peterson Wildlife Research Photography
Rick Sammon National Geographic contributor on many occasions
Galen Rowell Some of the most breathtaking mountain photos you'll ever see. (Unfortunately, on 8/11/02 the world lost Galen and Barbara Rowell to a plane crash.)
John Shaw One of my favorite nature photogs and authors
George Lepp He's been around for a long time and knows his stuff.
Jerry Uelsmann He is a B&W darkroom artist who's work you should look at. His montage images were not digitally done. All created in a wet darkroom!
