Forget Redeye – Now You Can Fix Pet-Eye

One of HP’s latest technology announcements is their new Pet-Eye Fix. Now you’ll be able to correct all those photos of Fido and Fluffy. No more yellow or green “demon eyes” for your animals.
You’ll start seeing HP’s Pet-Eye technology in select R-series cameras in 2007. After you take a shot you’ll be able to review the picture and fix the problem. Using controls on the camera to select the eye area, you’ll then hit the OK button to make the correction.

** As with any digital camera improvement, the other manufacturers are likely to jump on this bandwagon within the next year.
