As a Lightroom user you want to make the most of this program. It is quite a powerful image importing, cataloging, managing, editing and presentation tool. For those of you who aren’t book learners I’d suggest you visit Lightroom Killer Tips and grab everything they have.

The Lightroom Killer Tips site is run by NAPP (National Association of Photoshop Professionals) and their video tutorials are great. Since the release of Lightroom 1.1 they’ve posted videos on using the new Catalog functions and one on the new Sharpening functions. Excellent info.

The videos are available as a Podcast through iTunes also. Just go to the iTunes Store, click the Podcasts link on the left and search for Lightroom. You’ll find the Killer Tips podcast and others. Killer Tips is the best IMHO.

So, go learn something.
